Today's sketch is for a card. I have filled in some sample colors and patterns for you, but these were just examples. Think of different patterns and palettes when you look at the sketch and see what you can come up with using just the basic sketch with your own color scheme, patterns, and textures.
I thought about making this card with back-to-school colors and motifs, and then imagined it with a summer picnic motif with red gingham and watermelon. And then thought about a cool blue with silver and white, with a snowy motif. What can you envision?
